Spooky season is upon us! π Come get cozy at Cannibal Hot Tub, a giant, 5,000-pound cast-iron cauldron heated directly by an open wood fire and nestled in beautiful Mount Rainier. Move from the hot tub into the cedar sauna or cold plunge & feel free to join me for some breathwork/yoga.

About the Event
Join me for a cozy day at Mount Rainier. Located 2 hours outside of West Seattle, minutes from the entrance to Mount Rainier National Park and 45 minutes from The Paradise Inn. This event will be filled with fresh mountain air, community, a relaxing soak in the hot tub, and time to unwind in the sauna. Iβll be there to facilitate the experience with beverages, gentle yoga, breathwork, and plenty of space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the moment.
I booked the space begining at 3pm to give participants the chance to explore the mountain, go for a small hike and enjoy their day out before warming and relaxing the body and its muscles.

75 Minutes. Your experience includes access to a relaxing sauna and hot tub, with optional guided breathwork and gentle stretching for anyone who wants to participate. Enjoy complimentary refreshments, take in the mountain surroundings, and give yourself permission to simply relax.
