Fall Workshop: Get Moving Before the New Year!

Don't wait until the new year to kickstart your fitness journey! Join our 4-week workshop designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. We will go over all the muscles groups and create a balanced program for you.

What You Will Get:

  • 1 in-person small group training session each week (maximum of 4 people)

  • Online accountability to keep you motivated

  • 1 additional workout paired with your in-person session, accessible via our app
